Holywell Park Care Home - Asbestos Management Survey
A 52 bedroom residential care home in Sevenoaks, Kent, contacted Kent Asbestos Solutions and requested a review of their current asbestos information they have on site.
Following a review of their asbestos register, anomalies were identified, and Kent Asbestos Solutions were brought on to undertake a full new asbestos management survey.
Over the course of 3 days, one of our experienced asbestos consultants carried out the asbestos survey to the entirety of the building which consisted of 52 bedrooms, various common areas such as lounges and dining rooms, the back of house offices and the on site boiler rooms and various other plant areas.
A new full asbestos management survey report was then provided for the client, detailing clearly the asbestos containing materials (ACMs) on site, outlining their current location, their extent and their condition. The survey report also includes our surveyor's recommendations, and these were clearly stated to the client.
Our client is now fully aware of the location and condition of the ACMs in their building and can now move forward in managing these via an asbestos management plan
